Duties & Taxes
The shipping amount paid for your order does not include your local sales taxes or import duties. Your local customs office will contact you if you are required to pay any custom or duties. Each country has a different threshold for when customs will charge duty & taxes.
We must legally declare the contents of the parcel and the full dollar value on your order.
If an order is returned to sender due to errors such as incorrect or incomplete postage addresses entered during checkout, customers will be asked to pay a flat fee of $10 in order to cover the cost of resending the package to the correct / updated address. Return-to-sender parcels will be shipped once this fee has been paid.
